Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak said after a meeting with representatives of the oil industry about the beginning of consultations of Russia with the EEU to develop a mechanism for licensing the export of oil and petroleum products.

The representative of Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Dzhus said that the parties agreed to start consultations with the EEU for the development of this mechanism.
