Czech Gabriela Soukalova refused to shake hands with the President of the IBU Anders Besseberg during the flower ceremony after the sprint at the world Cup in Holmenkollen.
According to women, she did it on purpose, because Besseberg, in her view, spends enough tolerance policy against doping.
Earlier Koukalova repeatedly called for tougher punishments for doping and said that after recent scandals do not believe anyone from the Russian team.
