In January, the group “Privat” Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoisky had a second wave of mass rotation of legal persons that manage its network of gas stations, the newspaper reports enkorr, which analyzed the list of entities on the network during the period from September 2017 to November 2018.
So, the first wave was in October-November last year. Then “Private” had a rotation of operators 739 filling stations in 16 regions. This time it hurt 4 regions — Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kherson and Transcarpathian region, which in the first wave did not participate.
The scheme involved 6 new companies that replaced 6 legal entities, ruled 136 filling stations in the course of one year and three months.
In particular, in Cherkasy region 36 of the filling stations of LLC “Orion 2017” and “station-B” passed to OOO “energy-oil” and “best petrol”. In the Kherson region at 39 stations of OOO “Faithful” and “Mensis” changed OOO “Bonn Group” and “Parma-trade.”
In Vinnytsia region to operate 29 stations place OOO “Elekon trade” was “ASUS”, and in the Carpathian — 32 station went from “Elysium Old” to the “Lakro Groups.”
On segodnyashnii day retail network of “Private” includes 1 thousand 540 filling stations operating under 11 brands. It is the largest consolidated network in the country. In some regions they occupy more than 40% of the total number of stations. For example, in the Dnipropetrovsk region from 475 stations 213, or 45%, are under the brands of the group “Privat”. In the Zaporozhye region the share is 43%, in Sumy and Rivne – 40%, in other regions – from 20% to 25%.
Information on Enkorr, gas stations of the group “Privat” are provided by oil from a single source – the oil refinery “Ukrtatnafta”.
