According to him, Ukraine is already a few years of working “in-depth reform of decentralization”, in which accepted the legislation amends the Constitution and that in this process, Kiev could be considered “powers yet occupied separate districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”.

“As for the mention of the so-called ORDO (of certain regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. — RT) in the Constitution, it is unacceptable for us”, — he said.

As the Minister noted, Ukraine openly talks about it to their partners.

Previously in the office of the President of Ukraine said that Kiev excludes the possibility of securing the status of Donbass in the Constitution.

In late June the Ambassador of Russia in the contact group Boris Gryzlov announced the start of dialogue between Kiev and Donbas on the law on the special status of the region.
