In Lugansk region reported suspected party of the armed forces of the Russian Federation in promoting the activities of a terrorist organisation and infringement of territorial integrity of Ukraine. Now he is wanted. It is reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor of Luhansk region.
“Under the procedural guidance of the office of supervision in criminal proceedings in respect of offences committed in armed conflict, the Prosecutor’s office of Luhansk region the participant of illegal armed formations of the Russian Federation reported about suspicion in facilitating the activities of a terrorist organisation and infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine (paragraph 1 of article 258 – 3, part 2 of article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine)”, – stated in the message.
Established in June 2018 a resident of Luhansk region joined the ranks of the “militia” of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation until the present time holds the position of Deputy commander of the so-called “motorized rifle company of the 3rd infantry battalion 4th separate motorized rifle brigade” of a particular armed group.
“Today this Department is responsible for armed resistance to the forces and means OOS in the Novoaydarsky region of the Luhansk region, in particular by shelling positions of Ukrainian military and civilians. Their illegal actions aimed at changing the boundaries of the territory of the state border of Ukraine, the suspect contributes to the activities of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation in the Luhansk region. At present, the suspect is wanted”, – reported in Prosecutor’s office.
We will remind, according to the materials of counterintelligence of the security Service of Ukraine, to imprisonment sentenced two members of the terrorist groups of the so-called “LNR”, which took part in shelling of Ukrainian military positions.
