As reported the UNIAN in a press-service of the Department of the patrol police in the Odessa region, yesterday around 23:20 patrol received a call on the street assumption.
“Arriving at the scene, the patrol saw a naked man in a poor condition. Was immediately caused by a specialized medical team. The man used special means – handcuffs, as he rushed to the people,” – said the press service.
As noted, the doctors came quickly and took the man to the hospital.
According to eyewitnesses, the young man began his race for a few kilometers until the street of the assumption – the area of Leo Tolstoy.
