In the case of Odessa “Crane” interrogated 75 witnesses
KIEV. March 15. UNN. Malinovsky district court of Odessa questioned 75 witnesses claimed by the prosecution, in the case of a taking 185 million UAH from the local budget for the purchase of a building of the former factory “region”. It is reported by UNN with reference to the page of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors in Facebook.
According to prosecutors, today, March 15, in Malinovsky district court of Odessa has continued interrogation of witnesses claimed by the prosecution in criminal proceedings against the mayor and others accused of misappropriation of 185 million hryvnias upon purchase of the building of the former factory “region”.
The result of the trial was questioned 10 witnesses. In total, according to SAP, the case is interrogated 75 witnesses.
The next meeting, which will be held the examination of witnesses, March 25 at 10:00.
We will remind, on suspicion in Commission of crime the individuals reported on 13 February 2018. While four of them (officials of the Odessa city Council) – in the order determined by article 135, 278 of the Criminal procedure code of Ukraine, since at the time their whereabouts were unknown.
