In the capital detained the doctor for extorting bribes from the party to the hostilities in the Donbas
KIEV. 6 Dec. UNN. In Kiev law enforcement officers detained the doctor-the expert Commission of the Ministry of defence and the head of the center mediko-social examination on suspicion in extortion of a bribe from the party to the hostilities in the Donbas, reports UNN with reference to the Facebook page of the Prosecutor’s office of Kiev.
According to prosecutors, the attackers demanded 1,5 thousand dollars per soldier for the establishment of his disability. During the combat a man received a severe leg injury.
Suspected of corruption arrested in the workplace after receiving 42,5 thousand hryvnias. Now open criminal proceedings under part 3 St. 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or obtaining illegal benefit by the official) Criminal code of Ukraine.
At the place of work and residence of the detainees were searched. “Preparing materials for ads officials on suspicion, and the petition for election measures of restraint”, — added in Prosecutor’s office.
As a reminder, the guard 400 hryvnia wanted to help the truck to cross the border.
