According to the Deputy head of the Elbrus highland search and rescue team of EMERCOM of Russia albert Hadjiev, the road is flooded in three places.
Recall, the U.S. state Department on Friday issued another warning about the dangers of travel to the North Caucasus and illegally annexed the Peninsula of Crimea claiming that they may become victims of “terrorism and persecution”.
