Primorsky district court of Odessa sent under house arrest by the interim commander of the military unit (a military airfield “School”), which had not responded on October 29 seizure of part of its territory. About it reports UKRINFORM.
“The court has considered the petition of the investigator of the Military Prosecutor’s office adopted a resolution and elected in respect of an interim executor of the duties of the commander of the military unit a measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest for a period of two months. The petition of the investigator about the detention of the detained officers, the court rejected”, the message reads.
At the moment, Lieutenant Colonel of the APU is suspected of committing a crime on the grounds of part 3 of article 426 of the Criminal code (the inaction of the military power, which entailed serious consequences in conditions of martial law or in a combat situation) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
