ODESSA-KIEV. August 23. UNN. Between the two men in Odessa there was a conflict because of Parking cars. The quarrel ended with the death of one of them. About it reported in Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region, reports UNN.
The tragedy occurred near one of houses on Kosmonavtov St. in Odessa. Between the neighbors have repeatedly occurred quarrel. One of Odessa parked the car under the Windows of the apartment of the other person, often triggered car alarm, which created inconvenience to citizens.
“After the accident, the situation repeated itself again. 28-year-old local resident came to the yard, did the neighbor comment. There was a quarrel, then fight. During which the owner of the vehicle put to the opponent two blows with a knife, one of them is in the region of the heart,” he told police.
Citizens called the police and an ambulance. The police arrested the attacker. The wounded man was hospitalized, but the man died in the hospital.
“In the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information under part 1 St. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The offender is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code. Article sanction for such crime punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term of seven to fifteen years”, – said acting Deputy head of the Kiev police Department Alexander Minchuk.
Recall that near one of houses in Odessa shooting occurred. It turned out that there was a conflict between the sellers of melons and motorists.
