As reported the UNIAN, the representative of law enforcement, drug smuggling were detained during a joint RAID by intelligence officers, border guards and customs officers.
It is noted that the cocaine had arrived by ship from Latin America and had to be transported to one of the European countries. The recipient is a commercial structure.
The police officer said that the detention occurred in March, but did not specify when exactly it was, having referred to secrecy of the investigation.
Allegedly previously detained in the port has a large consignment of the same drug.
Officially in law enforcement bodies this information have not yet commented.
As UNIAN reported earlier, in December last year in Odessa, the police withdrew from the international group of drug traffickers of goods in 2 million hryvnias.
