“During communication with doctors, the police drew attention to the inappropriate behavior of the ambulance and the smell of alcohol, used foul language, tried to smoke in a public place and the carriage of an emergency, in the end, the police came to the conclusion that doctors just drunk, except they didn’t react to remarks of militiamen, refused to comply with the lawful demands of the police, jostled and insulted them”, – said R. Forostyak.

The ambulance was detained. After a forced survey confirmed that doctors and paramedics were in a state of alcoholic intoxication (in paramedic 2.22 ppm), the driver of the carriage was sober.
