The Ambassador of Russia in the contact group on settlement of the situation in the Donbass Boris Gryzlov has criticized the enacted law “On creation of necessary conditions for peaceful settlement of the situation in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions”.

About it reports Interfax.

According to him, the text of the law implies that the people’s militia self-proclaimed so-called “DNR” and “LNR” will have to leave the Donbass, as illegal from the point of view of Kiev armed formation.

“Where and on what basis should leave the people who live there decades? Only on the grounds that they are involved in political conflict with the authorities in Kiev?”, he said.

Gryzlov stressed that the law is not proposed real measures to resolve the conflict.

“This is not a serious approach, is fundamentally contrary to the Minsk agreements, which implied a political settlement,” he said.

He also noted that the introduction of the law caused “absolutely evaluative factors.”

We will remind, in September, Russia has increased the smuggling of coal from the occupied Donbass.
