In Kiev, the tow truck will pick up incorrectly parked cars

Kiev police will evacuate the cars that are parked in inappropriate places. This was stated by Director of Department of transport infrastructure Sergei Simonov during a press conference in the Kyiv city state administration.

“Illegally parked cars will be towed in cases where they will leave on the lane to public passenger transport, on pedestrian crossings, in the road, etc.,” he said.

Also, according to him, the capital city administration has prepared a draft law which amends some legal acts regarding the Parking.

Thus, local authorities will be allowed to use photo and video fixation of violations of a stop, Parking and Parking that will serve as a legal basis for evacuation.

At the same time, Simonov underlined that the official Parking, including on certain of the list of streets will operate as usual.

28 Nov KSCA at the plenary meeting approved a list of 68 city streets, where there will be no Parking of cars.
