PACE ex-President became “honorary doctor” of the presidential Academy, Russian Federation

“It is better to dialogue than to ignore each other,” said a Pro-Russian politician, stressing that Russia and Spain have been working for many years.
Slutsky called the Academy the main smithy of personnel “of national economy and public administration”.
