Tonight was unusually warm

“The thermometer has not dropped below 4.8 °C, 2.0° C above the previous historical temperature for this date was in 1974,” – said in the message.
This is the third temperature record for December in the capital.
Recall the night of 26 December, the temperature in Kiev for the first time in 136 drop below +3,1°C.
