KIEV. May 4. UNN. Kharkiv local Prosecutor passed to the court indictment against 46-year-old nanny of a girl with cerebral palsy. The woman is suspected in the torture of a child. This was reported by press service of the Prosecutor of the Kharkiv region, reports UNN.
“In March of this year, law enforcement authorities asked the mother of 14-year – old girls of a disabled child with cerebral palsy. She complained that the nurse girl is raising her child by beating, as evidence showed a video. The woman said that they found the body of the daughter of the bruises and multiple injuries. Then set the apartment DVR. The camera recorded as the babysitter beat child when they were left alone”, – noted in Prosecutor’s office.
So, the Kharkov local Prosecutor’s office sent to the Dzerzhinsky district court of Kharkov indictment against 46-year-old female baby girl with cerebral palsy.
According to the head of the local Prosecutor’s office Ekaterina Shevtsova, the woman was informed about the suspicion on the fact of causing intentional light bodily injury (part 1 of article 125 of the criminal code of Ukraine) minor child. However, during the investigation collected evidence that provided grounds for changing the suspicions of the actions of the women reclassified under part 1 of article 127 of the criminal code (torture).
We will remind, in Mariupol, Donetsk region investigators of Prosecutor’s office detained the official of the local medical Committee, which demanded that a disabled child a bribe of $ 1,500 for changing the status of disability.
