In early January of 2018 the man, being in the temporarily occupied territory of Gorlovka of Donetsk region, agreed with an unidentified person that will deliver the latest dairy products, purchased on the territory of Kharkiv.

In April 2018, the man got 47 heads cheese product “Creamy” with a total weight of 398 kg, paying for goods 24.5 thousand UAH. On the same day in a rented car Volkswagen Crafter under the control of another man, the accused went in the direction of Gorlovka, but the car was stopped by employees of SBU.
The court found the man guilty of committing crimes under part 2 of article 15, part 2 article 110-2 of the criminal code of Ukraine and appointed punishment in the form of five years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for two years.
The court released him from punishment serving with a trial period in three years.
