The Italian government plans to create a group of 60 thousand volunteers, who will remind people about the necessity of observance of measures against the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 to the extent that the country is coming out of quarantine, reports “Interfax” with reference to the Italian media.

The idea to create a volunteer service belongs to the Minister of regional Affairs, Francesco Boccia and the mayor of Bari Antonio Dekaro, who also holds the position of President of the Association of Italian municipalities.

“In this new phase, they will help you to control the access to parks or markets, to count the number of entering and exiting, and will also help in the explanation of the rules of access to the beaches, when they will resume work,” – said in a statement Dekaro.
