Identified ninth victim of the fire at the Odessa hotel “Old Tokyo”

KIEV. 11 Oct. UNN. In Odessa identified the ninth victim of a fire that occurred at the hotel “Tokyo star” in August. About it the journalist of UNN reported in the press service of the Prosecutor of Odessa region.

“(Notified body – ed.) was a man from Kharkov, 1984,” – said the press service.

Also, it noted that the man is the last identified, not counting girls, in which genetic testing has not yet completed. Recall that the child’s body was sent for genetic testing.

As reported UNN, on the night of 17th August in Odessa there was a fire in the hotel “Tokyo Star”, in which 9 people died.

According to preliminary information, the fire occurred from overloading the power supply, which caused a short circuit.

The court took custody of the hotel owner. Co-owner of “Old Tokyo” reported about suspicion. However, he is hiding from pre-trial investigation body.

The court also took into custody senior administrator of the hotel.
