KIEV. March 21. UNN. For extortion of 20 thousand UAH of a bribe from the businessman in the Cherkassk area detained the principal of the school. This reports the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, reports UNN.
“The military Prosecutor’s office of the Cherkassk garrison Central region of Ukraine jointly with investigators of the investigation Department GU of the National police in Cherkasy region and operative employees of Management of protection of the economy in Cherkasy region, Department of protection of economy of the National police of Ukraine detained the Director of one of the educational institutions of Cherkasy region after obtaining illegal benefit in the amount of 20 thousand UAH from women entrepreneurs”, – stated in the message.
It is established that the person in February 2018 with spurious grounds demanded by women entrepreneur improper benefit in the amount of 20 thousand UAH for not take action to terminate the contract of delivery of the goods and will not file a claim in court about collecting with her on this contract penalties.
Women entrepreneurs engaged in volunteer activities since the start of the armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine, and repeatedly supplied to the Ukrainian defenders of food and clothing in the area of the ATO.
Now the offender is detained, the issue of notice to him of suspicion under part 3 St. 368 (extortion and receiving improper compensation) of the Ukrainian Penal code, remand in custody, suspension from office and forfeiture of property.
The Moscow Prosecutor’s office detained the head of the structural unit of the municipal enterprise “Kyivpastrans” receiving a bribe in the amount of 165 thousand UAH.
