Exposed “miner” bus station “Privoz” in Odessa

KIEV. March 15. UNN. Odessa police exposed the identity of the man who gave the false report about mining of the bus station “Privoz”. It is reported by UNN with reference to the Department of communication GUNP in Odessa region.

“The taken measures of the Odessa operatives face of the pseudo-miner was installed the next day. It was them 33-the summer inhabitant of the Ivanovo district, who was wanted by police in Cherkasy region for the Commission of robbery and burglary… Under the influence okovity man intentionally misled police that arrived at “clearance” companies, settled the conflict between him and his female partner,” the statement reads.

The man seized the cellphone he gave police a false report, and detained in order St. 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine, said the police.

On this fact data are brought in ERDR under part 1 of article 259 of the criminal code – knowingly false report about threat of safety of citizens, destructions or damages of objects of property.

The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of a penalty from fifty to hundred free minima of the income of citizens or arrest for up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years.

We will remind, on March 13, the police received an anonymous message about mining of the Odessa market “Privoz”. At the time of the audit had to evacuate employees and visitors of the market.
