Due to the outbreak of measles and bad weather in Odessa region extended vacations in the schools of 14 districts

ODESSA-KIEV. 22 Jan. UNN. On the territory of Odessa region massively extended vacation in educational institutions. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the Odessa regional state administration.

Because of the measles outbreak, the decision to extend the vacation was taken in the institutions of four districts, namely: belyaevskaya, Lyubashevsky, Nikolaevsk, Shiryaevo. Not learning the students in Krasnoselsky, Novoselkovskoe, Shiryaevskaya General relativity.

In connection with bad weather on vacation stay school 10 districts, 3 OTO and two cities.

“The situation with measles and weather conditions remain problematic. Each individually suited to the organization of the educational process. Of children not vaccinated against measles in institutions to not allow that will – according to the decision of commissions of TEB and an emergency. Development of educational material to children who aren’t vaccinated must be provided. In particular, through statements on the website of the institution, individual lessons, consultations”, – said the Director of the Department of education and science of Odessa regional state administration Alexander Lonczak.

Recall that the medical institutions of the region will further provide 5,000 doses of measles vaccine. According to the Department of health administration, in the past week alone, the incidence rose by almost 30%. Since the beginning, identified 265 patients, of measles, of which 160 children and 105 adults.
