ODESSA-KIEV. September 4. UNN. Militiamen find out circumstances of the fire on Dalnitskaya street in Odessa, which injured four people. About it reported in Department of communications of GUNP in Odessa region, reports UNN.
Previously it is established that as a result of ignition of lubricants collapsed roof. During the incident injured four rescuers, who received injuries of varying severity.
“On this fact in the Unified register of pretrial investigations included information under part 1 of article 270 (violation established by the legislation of fire safety requirements) of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – noted in police.
The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of a penalty from fifty to one hundred and twenty non-taxable minimum incomes, or correctional labor for a term up to two years, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years.
