In the US capital, Washington D.C., 12-year-old daughter of a foreign diplomat on Tuesday, September 5, twice hit a 13-year-old classmate with scissors in the shoulder. The incident occurred at the British international school. The victim was hospitalized with stab wounds. The boy is in stable condition, threats to his life there, according to NBC.
According to The Washington Post, authorities said that during the attack the girl used a knife or other sharp object. The girl was detained, however, as noted in the police, the culprit of the incident will be arrested and prosecuted because of diplomatic immunity for her father.
As it became known, the police will consult with the attorney General of the district of Columbia and the state Department regarding the possible filing of criminal charges against attacked. Neither the name of the girl nor the status of her father is not disclosed.

Press Secretary of the German Embassy in the United States Matthias Wohler reported that the suspect is the daughter of an employee of the German Embassy in Washington. He noted that the incident would be thoroughly investigated and the girl’s parents can be punished if it turns out their involvement in the incident.
