KIEV. April 10. UNN. Arrested property of the international airport “Odessa” and 75% of the company shares transferred to the management of the National Agency of Ukraine concerning detection, investigation and asset management (ARMA). This decision was made by the judge of Solomensky district court of Kiev, reports UNN with reference to SAP message in Facebook.
“Real estate is the international airport “Odessa” and 75% of the shares of the company which owns it (LLC “Odessa international airport”), transferred to the office of the National Agency of Ukraine concerning detection, investigation and asset management (ARMA)”, – stated in the message Department.
While in the SAP said that the court granted the petition to the NEB, and SAP in the framework of criminal proceedings upon abuse of official position by officials of the Odessa city Council and LLC “Odessa airport development” (part 3 of article 28, part 2 of article 364 of the criminal code ).
In particular, it is noted that in the management of ARMA transferred to the airport building (including two terminals) with a total area of over 65 thousand square meters.

“The arrest of the property, the estimated cost of which, according to preliminary estimates, is about 2 billion UAH, will ensure the fulfillment of tasks of criminal proceedings and will form the basis for the return of property of a territorial community of the city of Odessa” – said in the EPS.
As has established a consequence, in 2011, contrary to the requirements of the law, took place on the alienation of municipal property of the international airport “Odessa” in favor of business entities. The alienation took place with the establishment of the Odessa city Council and LLC “Odessa airport development”, the beneficial owners of which at the time was a famous local Odessa businessmen Borys Kaufman and Alexander Granovsky, LLC “Odessa international airport”, in the authorized capital of which was transferred to the property of KP “international airport Odessa”. Created LLC “Odessa international airport” the local community received a share equal to 25% of the shares, and the remaining 75 percent going to private owners.
