Units of the Azerbaijani Armed forces entered Lachin in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced by Azerbaijani defense Ministry.

“Under a tripartite statement signed by the presidents of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation and Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, subdivisions of the Azerbaijani army on 1 December included the Lachin district”, — stated in the message.
Previously, the defense Ministry of Russia told about the transfer of the Kelbajar district of the Karabakh to Azerbaijan under the control of Russian peacekeepers.
On the night of November 10, Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a statement on the ceasefire in Karabakh.
