Obolon district court of Kyiv has applied the measure of restraint in form of detention with possibility of bail in the amount of about UAH 2 million to the doctor-the expert of Department of examination of the Central military-medical Commission of the Ministry of defence, which together with the head of the Center mediko-social examination demanded and received a bribe of 1,5 thousand dollars. from the ATO for the establishment of his disability. “At the request of the local Prosecutor’s office of Kiev N5 the district court arrested for 60 days the head of the Central MSEK № 1 Kiev city center of medical-social expertise and the doctor-the expert of Department of examination of the Central military-medical Commission of the MOU, convicted of extorting bribes from the ATO”, – told Maximize.
The press Secretary added that the court also found as an alternative for both suspects bail in the sum about 2 million UAH.
