KIEV. May 9. UNN. In the village of Fontanka Odessa region local resident posted on your balcony a red flag with the hammer and sickle. This was announced by the Department of communication of the police of Odessa region, reports UNN.
It is noted that the incident occurred in the village Fontanka of Limansky district.
“A local resident posted a red flag with the hammer and sickle on their balcony”, the message reads.
Information on this fact made in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 1 of article 4361 criminal code of Ukraine.
“For production, the spread of Communist, Nazi symbols and propaganda of the Communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes the offender is threatened by freedom restriction for a period of up to five years or imprisonment for the same term, with confiscation of property or without it”, – explained in the police.
