Before that, the head of state decree No. 604/2019 dismissed the head of Department of SBU in the Zhytomyr region Victor Panasyuk.

As reported the UNIAN, August 12, Zelensky urged the leaders of the Main Directorate of the National police and Directorate of security service in the Zhytomyr region to write resignation letters because of the situation with illegal production of amber in the region.

Panasyuk held the position of head of the security service of Ukraine in Zhytomyr region from may 3, 2017.
