“This afternoon the police received information that in the area of the city in a private house a woman screams. In place of the call, police noticed a woman who was in the house and asked for help. She was chained by the neck to the wall. Because there was a threat to the life and health of a person, the police entered through a window in the room. Patrol, in conjunction with the rescuers, which arrived promptly on the call, freed the hostage. 27-year-old victim handed over to the medics,” said police.
The scene caused investigators to ascertain all the circumstances. Now investigators are taking priority actions for establishment and detention of the persons involved in the Commission of a crime.
