Vinnitsa lawyer for extortion of 15 thousand dollars of a bribe was taken into custody

KIEV, January 12. UNN. Vinnitsa lawyer, threats demanded 15 thousand dollars of a bribe, was taken into custody with the right of bail of 400 thousand dollars. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Vinnytsia region, reports UNN.

“The investigative judge of the city court of Vinnytsya, on Friday, January 12, lawyer suspected of committing a criminal offense under part 5 article 27, part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine the measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of 60 days with possibility of bail in the sum of 400 thousand UAH”, – stated in the message.

Recall, January 10, militiamen exposed and detained a lawyer who demanded and received a bribe of 15 thousand dollars for assistance in failure to bring the person to justice.

As reported UNN, the Deputy of the Odessa regional Council, and his alleged accomplice reported about suspicion to the offer of the employee to NAB bribe of 500 thousand dollars.
