The attorney General’s Office will investigate the state of production relative to producer of baby food
KIEV. August 31. UNN. The attorney General’s Office will examine the status of the investigation of criminal proceedings against a manufacturer of baby food “Malyatko”. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the Office of the attorney General.
“The attorney General Irina Venediktov met with the founder and head of “foreign invested Enterprise “Econia”, which is a manufacturer of baby food “Malyatko”, Irina Fagaras and her lawyers,” – said in the message.
It is noted that the company’s representatives have repeatedly stated the pressure from law enforcement agencies in the implementation of pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings against companies. Now the situation involved newly created in the Office of the attorney-General’s Department criminal law policy and investment protection.
“This production will be presented in the shortest possible time, in particular about signs of raider capture of the enterprise. We must objectively investigate the situation and ensure that all investigations were conducted in the framework of the law, and the company could freely carry out their activities. Our task in every such case, to provide full comprehensive investigation and at the same time to prevent the facts of pressure on business”, – said Venediktov.
The Prosecutor General gave instructions to thoroughly explore information about the state of the pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against the manufacturer. The founder of the company and its lawyers have also provided additional documents.
Recall, the attorney General’s Office began criminal proceedings upon abuse of official position by officials of the National Academy of agrarian Sciences (NAAS) of Ukraine, which were added to the inventory inaccurate information about the amount of land in use.
