Under Khmelnytsky exposed on a bribe the official Gosgeokadastra

In the Khmelnitsky region law enforcement authorities exposed the bribe of the official of one of departments of the Main Department of Gosgeokadastr in the area. About it reports a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Khmelnytskyi region.

“Starokonstantinovsky local Prosecutor’s office in cooperation with the office of the protection of the economy in the field of Department of protection of economy of the National police, as a result of covert investigative (search) actions is documented the fact of extortion and receiving undue advantage as a chief specialist of one of departments of the Main Department of Gosgeokadastr in Khmelnytskyi region”, – stated in the message.

According to prosecutors, the lack of accountability for alleged unauthorized occupation of land, failure to conduct inspections and not preventing entrepreneurial activity one of the private entrepreneurs Teofipol district official received a bribe in the amount of 10 thousand UAH.

Upon receipt of the agreed amount of illegal benefit, the offender is exposed and detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine and illegally obtained funds confiscated.

Under the procedural guidance of the local Prosecutor’s office on this fact the investigative Department of Krasilov of the police Department of the Main Directorate of the national police carried out pre-trial investigation under part 3 of article 368 of the criminal code – obtaining illegal benefit by an official combined with extortion.
