As pointed out by the representative of the Navy of Ukraine, Kyiv had to get these ships in July 2019, but later it turned out that charged for the Ukrainian side of the boat can’t cross the ocean.
In the end, an American vessel arrived to Odessa two patrol boats in October 2019.
