Ukraine commented on the video of the interrogation of scouts APU terrorists “LNR”: “Physical torture, psychological pressure and psychotropic substances – the usual elements of “Lugandoniya”

On March 10, 2017, the representatives of the so-called “MGB” self-proclaimed psevdorespubliki, under the control of which is part of the Luhansk region of our state, posted a video of the interrogation of the military intelligence of the Armed forces of Ukraine. Unlike the representatives of the Russian Federation, we do not abandon their children. As previously reported by the press center of staff ATO, 11 Feb 2017 lost contact with the scouts that performed the task in the zone of the antiterrorist operation in the Lugansk region.

After the establishment of the fact of lack of communication, members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was held a number of events for establishment of location of its troops, including through the possibility of the Russian side of the joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line. These tasks are not associated with subversive activities and threaten the civilian population, but performed in an extremely tense atmosphere, in conditions of armed confrontation between terrorist groups inside the self-proclaimed psevdorespubliki.

The command of the special operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine once again emphasizes that, in contrast to the military-political leadership of the Russian Federation, Ukraine is not abandoning its soldiers-scouts, who in the course of the tasks of special intelligence was captured members of the terrorist organizations.

Therefore, we are initiating an appeal to the international human rights organizations, the Joint center for control and coordination of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line of the parties, the Special monitoring mission of OSCE in Ukraine, public and state leaders with a request to enforce the human treatment of prisoners and the speedy return of the military personnel of VS of Ukraine which fell into the hands of terrorists controlled territory of the Luhansk region.

Insist on an independent medical examination with involvement of international experts on assessment and control of physical and mental state of the soldiers-scouts, the armed forces of Ukraine, who are hostages. Please conduct a diagnosis to identify the results of the use of psychotropic substances on organisms warriors hostages.

We will remind, earlier “Диалог.UA” reported that in the Luhansk region in the area of the antiterrorist operation was gone, a group of Ukrainian scouts.
