The state service of Ukraine on drugs and drug control gave an American company a license for sale and production of marijuana.

The state service of Ukraine on drugs and drug control issued its first license to import high-quality cannabidiol (CBD)-raw materials, extracts and concentrates, ready CBD products, CBD processing, wholesale sales of finished products CBD, as well as the re-export of concentrates of CBD and CBD-products in Europe and on the world market.
This is stated in the press release of the company C21 Investments Inc, reports InVenture.
“We are pleased to get the first license, issued in Ukraine, and to extend it to Europe. For us this is a significant opportunity to build new industry and create new high quality jobs and to use the competitive advantages of Ukraine for market access EU and global markets,” said CEO of C21 Investments Robert Cheney.

It is also noted that the team is now C21 is applying for additional licenses, including cannabis.
We will remind, CBD-extracts and products with a minimum content of THC are legal in many countries of the European Union. The company has already opened a representative office in Kiev.
C21 Investments Inc. is a vertically integrated company cannabis industry, which cultivates, processes and distributes the products of cannabis in the United States. The company owns acreage on which to grow hemp in Oregon.
