Tortured 10-year-old disabled adolescents is threatened by 15 years

Two teenage perverts that tortured and abused 10-year-old boy with a disability in the village Ivankov in Kiev region, detained without the right of bail.
On Saturday, April 15, reported the press service of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
“The Prosecutor of the Kiev region was taken under special control the investigation of the case against a group of Teens who abused 10-year-old boy, tortured him and satisfy sexual passion in the unnatural way. Offenders juvenile is informed about the suspicion, he elected a measure of restraint in form of detention without an alternative of bail”, – stated in the message.
Detainees suspected of committing criminal offenses under part 2 of article 127 (torture), part 3 of article 153 (violent satisfaction of sexual passion in the unnatural way) and part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the criminal code of Ukraine. To them threatens till 15 years of imprisonment. Pre-judicial investigation proceeds.

Chairman of the Kyiv regional state administration Alexander Gorgan on his page in Facebook said the Prosecutor’s office in investigating this tragic incident, writes UKRINFORM. According to him, the personal intervention of the Prosecutor of the region has provided training and start criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 127 (torture) and part 3 of article 153 (violent satisfaction of sexual passion in the unnatural way) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
“On Sunday 9 April in Ivankiv three teenagers mocked 10-year-old boy. He was brutally beaten for hours, tortured, thrown into cold water, forced eating feces and licking urine. Irrefutable evidence provide reason to believe that a group of teenagers raped the child with a stick,” said Gorgan.
He gave instructions to conduct an internal investigation, in particular, regarding the inactivity of the Chairman of the RGA Ivankov, who was supposed to coordinate the work of district police and other services of the district.
“An internal investigation was started also about the police. An internal investigation is conducted by the Directorate of National police of the Kiev region,” said Gorgan.
