Tomorrow the court of the Odessa region will consider the petition for prolongation of arrest of the accused “under part 2 may,”

KIEV. May 31. UNN. Ilyichevsk city of Odessa oblast court will consider the prosecution’s request on the extension of remand in custody for five of the accused “under part 2 may,” reports UNN citing the press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

“Bodies of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region on may 31 brought the petition to the Ilyichevsky city court for extension of remand in custody five accused in the case about the events on 2 may 2014,” — said the press service of the Prosecutor’s office.

The Prosecutor added that the consideration of these motions should take place on 1 June.

We will remind, on June 6 deadline for the measure of restraint for the five defendants, who are now in jail.

As reported UNN, the court of Appeal of Odessa region was determined, which the court will consider “part 2 may”.
