Anniversary of the world famous Ukrainian is celebrated at state level

On 25 September the world famous Ukrainian Opera singer Anatoliy Solovyanenko would have turned 85 years old.

Anatoliy Solovyanenko (1932-1999) was born in Donetsk. After school I entered the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute mining Department. In 1952, tried to enter the Leningrad Conservatory, but after listening to the qualifying exams were not allowed. He was advised to go to the Donetsk Opera singer Alexander Korovaychenko. He played a decisive role in the formation of the famous Ukrainian Opera singer, said “UKRINFORM“.

Ten long years, the lessons continued. The result of this hard work was brilliant.

1962 was the year of the countdown stage career of Anatoly Solovyanenko. Soon he was elected for training in Milan theatre “La Scala”.

In 1965 he became a soloist of the Kiev Opera and ballet theatre. Being already well-known and popular singer Solovyanenko entered the Kiev state Conservatory. Tchaikovsky (now national music Academy) in the class of Professor Elizaveta Chavdar.

After the Chernobyl accident Solovyanenko repeatedly gave concerts in Chernobyl and Slavutych.

In the mid 90-ies began with a misunderstanding with the management of the National Opera, and the singer was forced to leave the theater and deal exclusively with the concert activities. Among his best parties: Andrew (“Cossack beyond the Danube” by Hulak-Artemovsky), Faust (in the eponymous Opera by Charles Gounod), Alfred (“Traviata” by Verdi), Nadir (“the pearl fishers” by Bizet), Rudolph (“La Boheme” by G. Puccini), etc.

World connoisseurs of Opera singing is recognized that the execution of Solovyanenko as Duke in “Rigoletto” by Verdi was the best – the pinnacle of craftsmanship.

In total in repertoire of the singer was 17, Opera parties, a lot of arias, romances, folk songs.

Today’s the anniversary of the birth of Anatoly Solovyanenko is celebrated at state level in accordance with the decision of Parliament of 22 December 2016.
