Today in Ukraine has changed the rules of quarantine

KIEV. August 1. UNN. From today, 1 August in Ukraine began to operate the new quarantine law, according to which regions of the country related to the following areas: “green”, “yellow”, “orange” and “red”. A list of regions will be updated every 7 days. It is reported by UNN with reference to the Minister of health, Maxim Stepanov and regulation of the government of Ukraine.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated July 22, 2020 No. 641, adaptive quarantine in Ukraine has been extended until 31 August 2020.

The green zone includes:

— stay in public buildings wearing masks or respirators;

— events: no more than 1 person per 5 square meters;

— cinemas with the filling by 50%

of the passengers only within the seats.

Yellow zone (+ restrictions green), are prohibited:

— visits to social protection institutions in which there are elderly people, except those who provide services to the crisis.

Orange zone (+ restrictions yellow), are prohibited:

the activity of accommodation facilities (hostels, tourist camps, etc.), except for hotels;

— operation of entertainment venues, restaurants at night time.

— planned hospitalization in hospitals;

— gyms, fitness centers, cultural institutions;

admission of new shifts in children’s camps;

— the limit for mass events: 1 person per 20 square meters and no more than 100 people.

Red zone (+ restrictions orange), are prohibited:

— work public transport;

— visiting educational institutions;

the activities of shopping Mall, cafes and restaurants.

Earlier, the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleg Nemchinov published in the Telegram-channel map of the distribution of zones by region of the country.

Crossing the border: from the “green zone” — you need only an insurance policy. For countries from the “red zone” is a necessary policy of self-isolation for 14 days or PCR.

The region with widespread COVID-19 is the region, which has one of the following:

1. Utilization of beds in health institutions identified for hospitalization of patients with a confirmed case of COVID-19 is more than 50 percent;

2. The average number of tests using the PCR method and ELISA is less than 24 per 100 thousand of population during the last seven days.

3. Ratio detecting COVID-19 is more than 11 percent;

4. An indicator of the growth of infections COVID-19 is more than 10 percent;

5. An indicator of the growth of infections COVID-19 is applied in case of registration of more than eight cases per 100 thousand population total for the last seven days.

Strengthening of disease control measures applied and terminated in the region on the basis of the decision of the regional Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations, which was adopted on the proposal of the chief state sanitary doctor of the region.

The transition region from one to another area is possible under the condition that 5 days in a row there, there are changes in one of the defined indicators. Restrictions will apply at all levels, including “green”. Among the mandatory requirements is the wearing of masks in public places, mass events only if their stay does not exceed 1 person per 5 sq m, the occupancy of the cinemas was not more than 50%, the carriage of passengers only on the seats. The most rigid quarantine will operate in the “red zone”.

From September 1, 2020 Ukraine will open all schools. However, if the epidemiological situation in the area would not meet the requirements of the Ministry of health, educational institutions will be forced to close on quarantine. To close schools will be only in areas of “red zone” — where the high incidence of SARS.

— In Ukraine will begin a gradual involvement of spectators in football matches are subject to certain quarantine requirements. The main requirements are: filling sectors of the stadium spectators not more than 25 percent, compliance with social distance, ensuring the availability of disinfectants in the stadiums, holding thermoscanning at the entrance.
