Investigative team arrived at the scene, found that the conflict between the men occurred due to damage to the driver of the van barrier. During a verbal altercation last used the traumatic weapon, then fled by car in an unknown direction.
The victim was taken to hospital with a diagnosis: bullet wound of the left forearm. The man was given the necessary medical assistance and was appointed outpatient treatment.
