“Thief in law” nicknamed “Pucara” expelled from Odessa

KIEV. May 29. UNN. 29-year-old man was supposed to control the activities of ethnic groups so-called thieves- “barsetochnik”. He had reduced the term of stay in Ukraine and the issue of forced expulsion with prohibition of entry to Ukraine for the next 3 years. This is reported by UNN with reference to the Department of communication of the National police of Ukraine.

“29-year-old man had to control the criminal activities of ethnic groups so-called thieves-“barsetochnik”. He reduced the term of stay in Ukraine and the issue of forced expulsion with prohibition of entry to Ukraine for the next few years”, – stated in the message.

Yesterday, may 28, in Odessa, the police detained the so-called “thief in law”. He is known in criminal circles under a nickname “Pucara”. He was in Odessa illegal.

The man arrived with the intent to establish and monitor the criminal activities of ethnic groups of thieves-“barsetochnik”. Now resolved the issue of forced removal with the subsequent prohibition of entry to Ukraine for a period of 3 years.

Recall that, according to the Chairman of the National police of Ukraine Sergey Knyazev, in 2016 from Ukraine were deported 13 influential criminal “authorities”.
