The Washington Post: the United States has approved the first delivery of lethal weapons Ukraine

KIEV. 21 Dec. UNN. The administration of U.S. President Donald trump endorsed the first deliveries of lethal weapons to Kiev. This information was confirmed by the Washington Post informed sources in the American government, reports UNN.

According to them, the state Department earlier in December “approved a commercial license authorizing the export of” large-caliber sniper rifles, Barrett M107A1, as well as ammunition and spare parts in the amount of 41.5 million dollars.

It should be noted that the US Administration had not approved the export of more heavy weapons, which requires the Ukrainian government, for example, anti-tank missile FGM-148 Javelin.
