KIEV. May 4. UNN. For the four months of transit volumes of Russian gas decreased by 2.8 billion cubic meters, or by 9.2% compared to the same period in 2017, reports UNN with reference to “Ukrtransgaz”.
“The volumes of gas transit through the territory of Ukraine from the Russian Federation to European countries and Moldova are 27.7 billion cubic meters From the beginning of the year, transit volumes decreased by 2.8 billion cubic meters, or by 9.2% compared to the same period of 2017”, — stated in the message.
At the same time, the company noted that when comparing the month of April, in 2018, the transit volume increased by 0.3 billion cubic meters, or 3.7%, and totaled 7.6 billion cubic meters.
We will remind, last year the volume of transit of gas and 14% higher than in 2016. In addition, this indicator became the highest for last six years.
