In the framework of the Sub Compact Weapon (SCW), the Pentagon purchased at the same time, the 10 leading American and European arms companies prototypes of automatic weapons in the amount of $ 200000.

General requirements for a new submachine gun cartridge of caliber 9 x 19mm (9mm Luger), the possibility of automatic fire, the presence of a Picatinny rail for mounting instruments and optics, as well as the ability to install a silencer. It is assumed that the best following the results of competition samples will be armed with special forces guard senior officers of the command of the U.S. army.
