KIEV. 21 Feb. UNN. The suspect in the attack on the leader Odessa “Automaidan” Vitaly Ustimenko was released from jail. About this Ustimenko said on his page in the network Facebook, reports UNN.
“All the witnesses in the case refused to testify. Simply refused. All. So sometimes it happens. In the absence in the case file submitted to the court “organizer” of detainees performers Gavrilyuk and Rudenko, the court can just acquit. No criminal group, no registered assassination,” wrote “avtomaydanovets”.
He also added that it extended state protection.
According to Ustimenko, the criminal proceedings finally collapsed, if the investigation is not transferred to another investigative body in Odessa. In connection with this public figure asks for help with amalgamation and transfer the case to another authority.
Recall, June 5 at the Fontanskaya Doroga street in Odessa two unknown suspects and investigation a person was attacked by Vitaly Ustimenko.
