The state forestry Agency assure that any permit for the export of roundwood has not issued
KIEV. July 1. UNN. The state Agency of forest resources of Ukraine officially reports that none of the state forest enterprises does not implement outside of Ukraine timber in unprocessed form (roundwood). About it UNN reported with reference to the statement of SFA.
“Given the above, the video that appeared on the Internet, allegedly from untreated wood in the Chernivtsi region, is manipulative and discreditied activity of SFA. The state forestry Agency had not issued a single certificate of origin of timber for export to any of the state forest enterprises of Ukraine, or private exporter”, – said in a statement.
It is noted that in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On peculiarities of state regulation of activity of subjects of entrepreneurial activity related to the sale and export of timber” on the temporary ban of export of timber in unprocessed form” dated April 9, 2015 temporary for a period of 10 years, prohibited from export outside the customs territory of Ukraine under the customs regime of export of unprocessed timber tree species except for pine, from 1 November 2015, and pine – from 1 January 2017.
“It is worth noting that through the territory of Chernivtsi region transit routes, including rail, in Romania. It is therefore likely that the timber, which was filmed in Chernivtsi, transported in transit from the Republic of Belarus in a neighboring country”, – said in a statement.
We will remind, in Bukovina blocked the illegal timber exports of 2.5 million UAH.
