The soldier who was beaten to death by his colleague, will be tried in Odessa region

ODESSA-KIEV. July 18. UNN. The military Prosecutor of the Odessa garrison of the southern region of Ukraine completed pre-trial investigation against a soldier accused of committing several criminal offenses, among them deliberate heavy injury. About it reported in a press-service of military Prosecutor’s office of the southern region, reports UNN.

“The investigation established that on November 13, 2016, specified soldiers, acting in violation of statutory rules of relations between servicemen, attracting his friend, decided to teach his fellow-worker, causing him serious injuries from which the victim died in hospital”, – is spoken in the message.

Taking into account obtained in the course of implementation of pre-judicial investigation of evidence, which fully prove the guilt of the suspect, it is declared suspicion in Commission of the above crimes. Now before the court has directed the indictment. For the committed crime the accused threatens till 10 years of imprisonment.

We will remind, on July 18 the military missing in March was found hanged at the Yavoriv training ground .
